The site is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is just outside of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which makes it a perfect base for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits as well as peace and quiet. We are open 12 months of the year, so you can come and enjoy every season with us! Commanding superb views over the town and the surrounding countryside, this is a relaxing, peaceful base for a rural family holiday any time of the year.

Our friendly on-site clubhouse offers entertainment throughout the season, with karaoke, quiz nights and live acts organised each weekend. We offer a range of drinks as well as tea and coffee, with monthly coffee mornings as a great opportunity to meet like-minded owners.
On top of our superb play park, our children’s retreat is a safe and warm environment packed with fun activities like air hockey and pool, ensuring the younger ones are always entertained.
Our owners can stay active whatever the weather at our on-site gym, equipped for both cardio and strength training, and is open year-round.
