Cockburnspath Holiday Park is set in a unique landscape between the gentle slopes of the Lammermuir Hills. The big skies and rolling hills provide a real sense of peace and space in an increasingly urbanised world. Located only 20 miles from Berwick Upon Tweed and 37 miles from Edinburgh, the park is also just a stone’s throw from the historic towns of Cockburnspath, Duns. Coldingham, St Abbs and Dunbar.
A non-commercial park, with no pubs, amusements or rented caravans, Cockburnspath offers a home from home set in the stunning countryside of the Scottish borders. We are a private independent family run owner’s only holiday park with a real sense of community spirit. Come along and take a look at our brand new development, all our pitches have individual parking bays and offer amazing views of the beautiful Lammermuir Hills.

You get to know your neighbours, become friends and have a real sense of community.
We have no loud bars, just a quiet, peaceful and tranquil holiday park nestled amongst the hills perfect to cuddle up and read a good book in front of the fire with a glass. One of the biggest benefits is our most loved four legged friends. If you have a dog there is nothing better than a holiday home with many long walks in the area and beach only a few minutes drive away. Your dog will love your holiday home more than you.
